LCAP supports: UI capabilities via responsive web and mobile apps, Orchestration or choreography of pages, business process, and decisions or business rules, Built-in database, and ‘One button’ deployment of applications”. Thus, LCAP is a valuable tool for CIOs, yet is far from a panacea for closing the Dev skills and resource gap.
